The Court ruling was correct, you cant throw out an exam because you didn't get the results that you wanted. There are enough qualified people of color to fill any position in the world. In the past, these type tactics were used to discriminate against people of color, they cannot be used now to make amends for the past. The only thing we as people of color need is assurances and laws to keep these pratices from happenening to anyone. We excel in life and society naturally when left unhindered, these practices that are intended to correct past injustices (as used in this article) only serves to insult people of color and to infuriate and empower those who seek out reasons to fan the flames of racial hatred.
