Love the Title "Under both Bush and Obama". If Obama didnt have to spend most of his short time in Office fighting Tea Baggers, Birthers, Anti Health Care Protangonist, Anti Finance Reform, Anti Evironmental Law, exc. exc.; maybe he could have gotten around to reversing some on the Deregulation started during the Regan Era that set these type of disaters into play.
